For the Love of Zion.

The day of reckoning is among us. Zion Williamson sweep steaks is tonight. It almost feels disrespectful to just disregard Ja Morant and JR Barret who are blue chip prospects in their own right but Zions basketball ceiling along with his marketability makes him the clearest choice for the number one pick since Anthony Davis. All season we’ve seen teams jocking for position to end up with a bottom three record to solidify the best chance (14%) at securing the number one pick.

With the draft lottery tonight the teams with the highest odds to get the number one pick are

1. The Knicks (14 % chance. can fall no lower than 5)

2. The Suns (14% chance)

3. The Cavaliers (14% chance)

4. The Bulls (12% chance)

5. The Hawks (10% chance)

But who deserves Zion. Like really deserves him. If all breaks well Zion is generational talent and at worst he’s the best screen and roll player in NBA history. If the NBA is looking for suggestions on rigging the odds I have your answers right answers here and the “For the Love of Zion Rankings”. After one hour of rigorous googling and recalling from memory I have come up with a 100 percent full proof guide on who really deserves Zion.

Cleveland Cavaliers

The Cavs don’t deserve the number one pick. I wish I knew more languages so I can write it over and over. The Cavs have drafted in the lottery six times since 2011 with three of those picks becoming the number one pick that alone should be enough to show why they don’t deserve the number one pick but to top it off none of those number one picks are on the roster anymore Kyrie left and in the process they were fleeced by Boston, Anthony bennet never had a relevant NBA moment and is the clear pick for worst number one pick off all time and Andrew Wiggins has been Canada’s worst export since they sent beiber to the states. The Cavs lost Lebron twice they shouldn’t be allowed to put Zion on their draft board much less get the opportunity to draft him. If Zion goes to the Cavs We’re going to have to send FEMA to save him.

Phoenix Suns

The Suns have been picking in the lottery for six straight years last year securing the number one pick in Deandre Ayton. The Suns are the only team in the lottery who have a reason to not draft Zion they NEED a PG and Ja morant is a special kind of PGwould complete the suns offense. Adding Zion to the roster with no point guard would be the cruelest thing you could do to basketball fans. Let me just mention again the suns had the number one pick in last years draft and got no better they actually got worse.

Chicago Bulls

The Bulls haven’t even been bad that long. Compared to the rest of the tortured franchises on this list the bulls deserve the least amount of sympathy. They had their Generational talent in Derrick Rose and then made southsides own Derrick Rose cry after trading him. If they could do that to him the what would they do to poor sweet Zion? Could you imagine Zion laying on his side facetiming some seven just to be interrupted by some interim gm talking about you’ve been traded? Zion doesn’t deserve that and the bulls don’t deserve him. Oh did I tell ya’ll that the Bulls owner spy on their employees?

Atlanta Hawks

I’ve sat and thought of negatives to say about to hawks and why they don’t deserve Zion and the only thing I came up with is they haven’t been bad for that long what Atlanta was is worst than being bad they were consistently average in the regular world you might rather being average than bad but in the NBA being average is death sentence. For years the Hawks were a first or second round exist consistently even during the 2014–15 season when they had the best record in the eastern conference and advanced to the conference finals it just felt like the hawks didn’t have the Star power necessary to compete on the highest level. Hawks front office realized they needed a serious tear down. Fast forward to 2019 and the hawks Have one of the most promising and exciting point guards in trey young and a solid Big in John Collins who seems to continuously raise his ceiling and now just add Zion to that allow him to run pick and roll with one of the best young passers and shooters in the league and you now have the new number one seed on the NBA League pass power rankings. Zion to Atlanta almost makes too much sense Zions star combined with Atlanta’s pop culture influence will be a marriage made in heaven. I can already hear Quavo making Zion an adlib on culture 3.

New York Knicks

Come on Ya’ll knew what it was the whole time. How could any franchise deserve Zion more than the Knicks do. We’ve cleared the Toxic Latvian out of the locker room, sent that Turkish fugitive to Portland and sent Tim “ I swear I’m Elite” hardaway ass to Dallas. What i am saying is we been setting the stage for Zion. Yeah all these teams tanked but we took on money just to wave players we sent productive basketball players away because they were messing up our chances at Zion, those teams tanked we straight up cratered for a chance at Prince who was promised. Let’s be real the Cavs got three number ones in six years and that’s Cleveland. Could Adam silver rig something to help out the most loyal fans in sports? The Knicks have sucked for about 20 straight years and the fans still religiously go to the games, Now imagine giving us a good reason to go to the Garden besides the fact that we enjoy abuse. Not to mention who’s been more courteous to the rest of the league?? We’ve been giving away draft picks helping out other teams with no regard for our franchise. When is someone going to look out or us???

Knicks fans have survived Phil literally sleeping on the Job, what ever happened in Isaiah thomas’s office that one time, Pat missing the finger roll, Michael Jordan and Marbury and his Vaseline.

What I am trying to say is we deserve Zion more than any team in the league.

PS: The Warriors stole Steph from us

PS: If you’re not going to take Dolan give us. Zion

PSS: 1973!!!!!!!!!!
